Lions welcome a Dunkley brother
Former Demon joins the pride
The Brisbane Lions have added another Dunkley to their list, signing former Melbourne midfielder Kyle Dunkley ahead of the VFL season.
Dunkley, the younger brother of current Lion Josh, was delisted by the Demons at the end of the 2022 season after 106 AFL games.
The 26-year-old will now join the Lions' VFL team, where he will be looking to impress and earn a spot on the AFL list.
Dunkley is a tough and physical inside midfielder who is known for his hard work and determination.
He is also a good ball user and has the ability to win contested possessions.
The Lions will be hoping that Dunkley can add some depth to their midfield and help them push for a VFL premiership in 2023.
